If you prefer sand under your feet, the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are 2 blocks away. There are multiple beach toys available for use without cost, or you can buy new ones at one of the many beach shops in the area.
This condo can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest room has 2 queen-size beds.
There is central air, a washer and dry within the unit, free Wifi and a full kitchen with cooking supplies. Multiple restaurants and bars are within a block of walking if cooking is not for you. There is a Publix grocery store and Walgreens in one block.
Please be aware of the quiet times - no noise from 9pm to 8am.
Respecting the neighbors is imperative.
